Black Holes- Angela A.

- An infinitely coil of points of no end of curving
- Is a point at which gravity dominates all other forces and rips it apart
- It does not take up any space
- We don't have the technology to explore what is beyond the line of singularity and the black hole
- The line of singularity is at the middle of the black hole

I found out that this project was very easy to find information about black holes. One thing though it was hard to find out about the line of singularity. Overall this was one of the easiest topics to find information on.

Black Holes: Taylor K

When I researched black holes, I found a lot of facts interesting. The fact that there is something in space with the power to suck in anything, including light, is fascinating to me. I found that this project was less difficult than the "alternate theories" project because the information was easier to understand.

I really liked researching about the moon landings because it was interesting to learn about the possibility that the government faked it. It wasn't too difficult to find information on this topic, because many people have very strong opinions about the moon landings, and there are many conspiracy websites out there.

Shawn's Alternate theory presentation

The Big Bang was easy to find, but the Creationism was more often skewed opinion rather than their actual beliefs, or a description of the scientific theory. Always has been is very self-explanitory, so it wasn't hard to find a site with some proof for the theory. The most interesting part of the research was how everyone tried to prove their theory. I.E. When pro- Big Bang people say that if the universe is expanding, it must have contracted into a point of origin, the Creationists say something like that is where God created the universe, etc. People get really gly when they start to fight about what others should believe.

PS yes I am using a fake name at my parent's request, for those of you who hadn't figured out yet

I thought that this research was a little bit harder than the alternate theories since there were so many different opinions on whether or not there could be life on different planets. I found it fascinating that life might be able to exist on some of Jupiter's moons if the habitable zone was able to stretch that far.

I found this project very interesting because I have never heard of dark matter or dark energy. This project allowed me to research and find out more information about both dark energy and matter. I found it kind of hard to understand and find an easy deffinition of dark energy but I think that I have a general understanding of the concept. This project wasn't my favorite so far but I learned a lot of good information while creating it and it was still kind of fun.

Researching the theories was a little more challenging than I had anticipated due to the fact that there wasn't as much information that I thought there would be on some theories. The easiest part was probably finding pictures to go with The Big Bang Theory.

There was a lot of information on black holes out there, and I chose some of the things that were less spoken of, and found out more than just what they are. It was hard for me to find information on the line of singulartiy, though.
