I really liked this project because I got to learn more about thge Apollo space program. Up until this point all that I new was that Apollo 1 had a cockpit fire and never took off and that Apollo 11 landed on the moon. This project allowed me to look further into the Apollo Space Program. I this project fairly eaisy compared to the theories assignment. So far this was the most fun assignment I have done yet.

1940s, the late, most scientists agreed that the universe is expanding, that it must have been much denser in the past. But no one had thought much about the physical state of the universe in its earliest moments, three physicists used a mathematical model of an expanding universe, derived from Einstein's general relativity, although their ideas were wrong in some important ways, and the paper set the foundation for what is now the widely-accepted big bang theory.. The theory that I believe most is the creationist theory, where earth is created by God, but the one that I find has the most plausibility otherwise would by the Oscillation theory. I noticed that it is somewhat like the lifetime of a star, in how it grows, is spread too thin, then rapidly contracts.

Lian A. Theories of the Universe Product

Researching about alternate theories of the universe I found to be very difficult because many websites seemed to state the author's opinion, rather than facts. Also, some websites used formulas that I could not understand. All in all, this project was a good topic to research because I learned loads of new things, and it was fun to read other peoples' opinions about how the world came to be.

I found the bubble theory the most interesting since it was so different from everything else. I also enjoyed comparing and contrasting the different theories and choosing the one I thought was the most believable. Finding information on the earlier types of spontaneous generation was a little bit difficult, but that was O.K.

Universe Theories- Angela A.

I thought the researching was difficult on some theories. The Big Bang Theory was not hard to get enough information on, but the Creationist Theory was a little more difficult. The fact that I thought was the most fascinating was how, in the Creationist Theory, God created the Earth and the Universe in 7 days.

I thought that the different theorys of the universe were very creative and people really had to think out of the box to come up with them. We need more people like that in order to find the solution to the universe if we ever want to make any progress with it.

I found it very interesting that there are so many differnt theroies about the creation of the universe from one god creating everything to an endless cycle of parralel universes known as the multiverse or bubble theory. I wonder if we will ever know how the universe was created. It was very fun to research the string and M theories even though they are a bit complicated. All in All this was a very fun assignment.
